1. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Coastal Strands. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, errors in pricing or product
information, or suspicion of fraud.
2. Shipping
We ship products to the United States. Shipping carriers handle all transit responsibilities. Coastal Strands is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
3. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your product. Returns must comply with the following rules: – Customers are responsible for repackaging the product securely. – Coastal Strands will cover the return shipping cost; original shipping fees are non-refundable. – If multiple units of the same product were purchased, only one unit may be used; all others must be unopened and suitable for resale. – Used products must not exceed 25% usage. – If multiple products were purchased under a promotion, both must be returned, and the refund will only cover the amount actually paid.
4. Payment
We accept payment via Apple Pay, PayPal, and credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store full card information.
5. Product Warranties
All products are provided “as-is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
